AT&T

IMO - AT&T: You should be grateful for Time Warner. They keep you off the very bottom of the list when it comes to customer service. We were told that AT&T technicians would come to fix our issues between 4pm and 9pm last night. They never showed up and they didn't even call. The AT&T V.P. of Sales Prevention and Customer Abuse must be very pleased.
